Markets are stretched right now, massively overbought and are setting themselves up for a leg down. Could this irrational market keep running higher? Sure, who knows anymore but this large flag/wedge cannot be ignored on the VIX. In my opinion, VIX looks like it's getting ready for another blast off. Not sure what the headline will be but this is what I'm expecting.
