Exciting times

Thank you all for indicating you wish to get involved. This could be a very good learning experience for everyone. I am not sure what to expect as we move forward. I just want to make one thing very clear. From my position this experiment is inline with the growing "share idealism" we are seeing throughout the world. This program is about finding the strengths in others to help fill the weaknesses in ourselves. There is no absolute right or wrong. All ideas are welcome and we hope time will allow to discuss them all. The goal is for the project to succeed and enrich everybody in a positive way. You are certainly welcome to disagree with ideas put forward by the teams but I ask that your comments be respectful and constructive. If you disagree please give the reasons as the group could learn from your thoughts. Again I thank you for wanting to get involved and I look forward to working with each of you.
