My best investment in my whole life is the €8 in-ear headphone i bought and danced too with while listening to music in front of a girl i really liked and found cute and made her laugh which made me laugh. Or this one time i bought the LEE hoodie for €25 on discount and danced with another girl i liked with and got seen by her with the sweatshirt that i liked very much. Also this €2,5 one time when i bought a cute girls breakfast in a coffeeshop one morning when she ordered a sandwich which i payed for without she even noticing me at first untill the owner said someone payed her sandwich, maybe she will remember that someone bought something for her without a very specifik reason, at least i will. The fact that i had to work for the €25 for the LEE hoodie made me appreciate it even more and be more proud of owning it, the same goes for the sandwich and the headphones, something like that could even make my moment with the things even better.
The moment i had at some points in my life i will never ever get back and i probably will never appreciate them as much the other times.
Investment is real yet might not seems so, when you sit behind your screen you do something that is as real as dying yet don't understand it, the investment you do is the time you give a company in trust for getting more of, if you are wrong that time is spent to never ever to be seen of more. When you are right, someone else has been wrong. It is important to show respect
I think the most legendary person who ever lived was the greatest baseball player of all time, who could hit the ball everytime regardless whoever threw the ball at him and still could swing right and hit the ball as hard as possible, this is a skilset that can be applied in everything in the daily life, as talking to the girl you really like in a moment that is right timed with the right feeling and message to say, this might seem easy but it requires a lot, (such as you feeling good about yourself, living the right life you are proud of, this means you have self awareness), or as when you didn't have money and the cigarette that you found from the ground that tasted better than any cigarette you buy and have many of, to knowing the difference of which moment will give you the most.
I rather have €10 000 when i am young than having €1 billion when i am 60 years old. The smallest things that you probably don't even know means the most.
