$PPK capitulation selling on the open this morning. 13.35 buy?

Just noticed the open this morning and the relatively large volume test of the lows and then got bought up. Now trying to form a low base and I think that theres enough resistance at 13.35 to speculate a buy could offer great r:r if it breaks this level on volume.
