NOAH looks set to challenge resistance again. With earnings scheduled for Feb 25 I figure either it blows past resistance this time or plummets once more. My money's on the bullish case. I'd put my stop around $21.50.
Medium term target $32 for this rapidly growing Chinese wealth management company.
