Yes , Nifty has made a near term low. Following are the reason for the same
1. As shown above nifty is taking support of GANN Angle.
2. As per Elliot wave also wave C has been completed.
3. First 15 Minute candle clearly suggested market don't want to go down any further
Summary
Don't expect a 'V' shape reversal but also don't expect any further fall.
Suggestion
Accumulate nifty around 10300-10350 for long position.
Stop loss --> Recent low of 10290.
