NEO/USDT is in a symmetrical triangle which means if the break out happens the price shall increase as much as the measured price movement (AB) to form the projected price movement (CD) as you know these movements are equal (AB=CD) and also NEO/USDT is on it's 5th impulse wave of Elliot wave principle which the expected price for the 5th wave is as much as the projected price movement target as well.
