NEO has been bullish since the 12th of Dec 2017 starting at less than $40 and closed at $190 on the 14th of Jan 2018, which then retraced to $120 a perfect entry price for the 4th to 5th Elliot Wave might test $196 and break to $200 to a new ATH.
