no sane investor has been buying real estate the past two years. that's like buying bitcoin at 50k instead of 6k. your speculating instead of using rational thought to determine whether something is over or undervalued.
wait until there is blood in the streets and nobody else wants the asset.a lot of times I'm the only buyer and I'm ok with that because i know everyone else is too afraid. position size is extremely important so your not over exposed and afraid to lose it all
if you only have 1k to invest. buy $50 of link now and another $50 if it goes lower. do that with another 9 assets that have sold off 90% and you'll be just fine.diversification is a beautiful thing
