700K ICN buy in a 4hr candle has turned the market makers and resistance at 0.00035 to support.
Buyers have stepped in and bought up slightly over 130000 ICN from the 0.00034-0.00035 walls. Good news should be able to shoot up to previous highs (0.000415), if bought up the BTC ATH resistance should turn support.
