Green Plains Renewable Energy (GPRE) is North America's fourth largest ethanol producer, operating six ethanol plants in Indiana, Iowa, Nebraska and Tennessee. GPRE shows a Breakout signal back on July 24. and is now re-testing that breakout level. If that test is successful look for another move higher.
