I can understand that the government cannot take apart the fortunes of the wealthiest men in the nation yet because they have the power to collapse the world in the event failure...So they create fractional reserve banking and sell it to WallStreet hoping to find that next break in technology to put their USD's in. But that makes these men even more powerful.
