FCEL another 145% increase. With a fundamental exchange rate, the exchange rate started to rise momentum. Those who follow my analysis can see that I primarily publish observations based on fractal sequence and wave sequence. Now I want to show you an ATR based calculation and use it to determine the FCEL share target price. I have two reasons. One is that no fractal sequences are found in the environment of the exchange rate movement, or the exchange rate movement is not wave-based. The pulse-based motion background is provided by fundamental news. So the following is the target price for my training. 1. I measure the two extreme values of the MA indicator. The MA (200) and MA (50) values (two extreme positions) are taken exactly at the PSAR indicator's closing mark. This is represented by the dashed gray line. Then I add the difference between these two extremes to the closing value of the PSAR indicator. The upper part of this is the target price level. This value in our case is 1.9691usd. I would like to note that the FAIR VALUE of the exchange rate is currently close by. This value is 1.4073usd.
