So this week I was started stressed because I could not find as many setups as other weeks. This feeling is very dangerous. I could have forced myself to see things on chart, trying to find a trade that met my rules, but I did not. I sticked to my rules and followed the plan, even though I was trading much less than previous weeks.
And what was the result? Probably one of my best weeks in trading.
Moral of the story: in trading less is more. It is better to trade less but trade the high probability setups, than forcing yourself to trade just for the sake of trading.
