There is a clear pattern of ETH substantively following the RSI. The last several pumps can be seen at the top of the RSI range and the last several bottoms, though not pushing out of range, are also apparent. I don't thinking the price has stabilized just yet but it looks to be sometime towards the end of January or early February.
