the BEST METRIC to undestand your trading is to take your total P and L
divid that by the NUMBER of futures lots you did all day! this would be net of all fees and expenses. if options then total optins traded and if stocks the total shares for the entire day.
right now here is where I am at on the day.
I ahve traded and closed out compeltely flat now
25 lots with a total net gain of $ 701.50
701.50/25= $ 28 dollars a lot on average or in the es that would be 2 ticks
