Even though inverse head and shoulders is in the making, the potential of it moving up is only 30% in my opinion. We need to break 36.6K resistance too. Two scenarios are pathed with a possibility of ascending triangle.

NB : Even if we break upside possibility of it being a bull trap is high.

Order cancelled:
The ascending triangle in the above chart had only two touches. It broke out and made a new more retested trendline below. I will update it soon.
