BTC hit major resistance at 40k. Lost moment in the news cycle after capitol events on the 6th. In the last few days it's been trading in the pennant. I've noticed it bouncing off 3 month trendline. Will it be able to break though 40K? I think there is lots of uncertainty around the 20th.
