We can speculate until next year what makes moves this asset; there is real volcanic activity beneath this insane mountain!
Remember Bitcoin is similar to Uranus planet (Aquarius) typical to spend time far from ground mainly to rebel against any rule / authority or standard to control him.
Bitcoin (Uranus) kind of boy you never could control; you better to follow his message; his message is always to benefit of all.
OPINION:
Because Bitcoin (as Uranus) designed to fight governments / federal reserve / elite, to help PEOPLE sharing wealth in more equal way; all last spring shocking rally was a wake up to both people and governments. From one hand governments seems to have enough problem to solve right now and meantime bitcoin soaring they try to regulate more.
From other hand people that are following crypto from outside searching entry point to stack either daily traders remained overwhelmed feeling sort of missing the train.
Bitcoin, specially last weeks move, crossing the 10k level, came to awaken people either to break countries that are going to lose more and more control on the system; how interesting that gold for first time after 5 years crossed 1400
Since "euphoric peak" followed by astrology between June 22nd-23rd in most markets including gold and stock market, bitcoin did exception;
Notice how rest important crypto (Monero, Litecoin) aren't collaborating with such bitcoin move.

1) Bitcoin is very expensive - unavailable to average investor participate in such a cost.
2) Bitcoin do its work and last weeks for sure converting millions of tether to legalize / convert wealth from fiat to blockchain
3) There are many coins that are going to explode multiple times more than bitcoin and faster!!!
4) Governments aren't counting altcoins now, they are looking only at Bitcoin.
5) Bitcoin last insane moves indeed hurt some crypto believers but must right now to deal with big institution get into their way of behaviour.... It can damp them to earth.
6) Bitcoin designed to help people!
It won't go to sky without giving at least one more chance to people down on earth to go up to a new world (this summer 2019).
The volatile move I see this summer is hard to trade - I don't recommend to short bitcoin; it's not kind of asset to short as forex; it's not manageable like countries to their currencies.
Focus on children of BITCOIN (ALTCOINS)
Choose good projects that are having already now good entry point and wait until the take off. The trigger point to great world economy change is July 16-17 (LUNAR ECLIPSE - full moon in Capricorn)
Yet I think you can start accumulating crypto (ALT COINS) not Bitcoin now!!! before Solar eclipse and mercury retrograde to take place from July 2nd - 7th.
