There have been multiple rumours that CME future expirations were linked to drops in bitcoin.
The arrows signal each expiry, which happens on the last Friday of the month at 4PM GMT (or Thursday this month due to Easter). There is a small drop before all three expiries.
However, three expirations are obviously not enough to recognize a trend. We are also in a bear market, so it's not surprising the price dropped before all expirations. Looking into it however does not refute this theory.

26.01.2018 - 4pm GMT
23.02.2018 - 4pm GMT
29.03.2018 - 4pm GMT
