Live Intraday Trading - How a good stop loss can save your day ?

As per my regular trades I had a pretty small stop loss , which usually works from me but today the market was a bit choppy not so attractive at high's so I gave a bigger room for the stock and with the market falling from the high's BA also reacted and gave me the target I was looking for.
What I need to teach you from this is , you must always work in synchronization with the market and according to that you should take your decision.
