A breakout from this pattern is expect to happen within a day or two. trade with wisely.

First target hit. wait and see if the instrument bounce back down or breaks upward from the resistant line. if it breaks and closes 2~3 candles above wait for a flag sign before entering into more bull position. if the price bounce downward wait for 2~3 closed candles under the line before going into minor Bear position until it hit 2nd target
