Thus far i can't complain. i had an issue with my email and i wrote them, they responded in a timely manner and fix that for me. Then again i didn't understand their margin and wrote them again, they took time to explain everything to me. It wasn't no robot, it was real human interaction. So i'm pretty satisfy so far with the service.

Bear in mind that spreads are variable, meaning that they can be affected by market conditions.
