Did prosafe hit the bottom ? high volume is on the rise, and daily MA is positive, not sure about the fundamental though.. wait and see

Vale is showing a breakout from a very long downtrend. the small uptrend that is created has a high potential upward if it withstand the pressure... SL very tight !
