I really like this play. From what I can tell:
-Pays dividends
-Market loved this company in the 6 months prior to the Covid Crash.
-seems like their assets are only going to increase in value, so banking on this is like banking on real estate prices to go up - which I think is guaranteed.
-Should fall back down to 11.20 on next dip and will be a buy, if not...
This REIT has a lot of resistance at $10.41 & It trends at the $10.63 - $11.03 range. The dividend pays well and consistently. The company also has good fundamentals.
For me it's a good long hold $10.41 or below.
