NYMT is a mortgage-backed security. It is a mid-large cap depending on whose analyzing. It offers a stable 14% dividend yield with quarterly payouts. Long term the stock is in a strong uptrend. TA shows it is above the SMA50 and SMA20 alike. Fundamentals do show some pressing issues however if traded properly NYMT can be a great addition to an income portfolio.
