The weekly looks bearish unless it can breakout... the daily confirms H&S, plus has already touched down on 50ma -- that 90ma is weakkk support, so if it falls (through cloud), then it will drop sharply back to 200ma, and then likely build up tons of support here and continue back up. I say this because this market is clearly irrationally bullish, and this company...
This will go up for some time but when this falls it will fall hard. This is overhauled and is not growing they have a negative net income per year in the millions.
I think the chart says it all. Nice consolidation for a few weeks here. I'm looking for this to breakout to the upside out of this box. I'll be looking to start a position over $107.50 if it can break with volume and the general market is still looking good. If it breaks the box to the downside and has a substantial close below the 21 EMA my thesis is wrong....
Yesterday the stock fell because the company's EVP of Global Sales left the company. This follows 5-6 (yes 5 to 6!) other senior enterprise sales executives and that have left in the last six months.
