Considering I am short major global markets, I searched for weak stocks. KO looks weak for a number of reasons :
1 - Look how it rejects the 39$ level, forming a triple top. Yesterday there was a false breakout over this level.

It really looks like the price is drawing a Head and Shoulders. A break from the latest patter (Rising Wedge) would give this theory more power, while a weekly close above 42.00 would minimize the chances for it to be accomplished.

On the chart we have two equities, one with the plain candle sticks is Coca Cola (KO), and on the thin candle stick we have the SPY representing the S&P 500.
Analyzing this chart requires no special technical analysis knowledge, just a basic ability to compare geometrical shapes...At a first glance, there's a certain correlation between the SPY...
Today The Coca Cola company announced higher profits for the third quarter. Techinacally, we have a class A bullish divergence on the MACD. I outlined the resistances, the thicker ones being the stronger ones. Price currently at resistance, but i think it will go past it with ease.
Trade was not triggered as it did not clear above high of doji.

KO has shown pretty clear seasonal pattern over the last couple years. Usually the period at the end of the year tend to form the bottom with peak registered in the summer months July-August.
