My card or PayPal won’t work, what am I doing wrong and what can I do?

This is not as uncommon as you may think. At TradingView, we have steps in place that make it easier for members who experience card or PayPal issues to continue with their payment and move on to their plan subscription with us.

If you are experiencing issues, we encourage you to first try and change your payment method Account & Billing tab of your Profile Settings page. Users can pay with the following credit cards: Visa, Delta, Electron, MasterCard, Eurocard, Maestro, and American Express. We also accept debit cards if they have a Visa or MasterCard logo.

In addition, users can pay with a PayPal account and we also accept Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, and Litecoin for annual plans. You can even purchase a Pro subscription with TVCoins, available for purchase on our site. You also have the ability to earn TVCoins, check here for more details.

To pay with cryptocurrency, go to the payment page where you will be directed to Coinbase. They handle all crypto payments for us. Here you can choose the crypto you want to pay with and get started with your subscribed plan.

If one payment method doesn’t seem to be working, go ahead and try another.
