A 4 star platform with negative 2 star support. Here are some actual situations: Trading begins at 6AM PST but support doesn't get in until 9AM PST. Alpaca has a bug which doesn't reset the quantity on cancelled orders which leads to insufficient qty when selling. What's support's official resolution to this? Use the "cancel all orders" button. "ALL" orders which cancels Stop Losses and Take Profit.
API access
It's okay but I can't place a bracket order with my Alpaca account, it doesn't show cash available, and doesn't show number of day trades in the rolling 5 day period. Also can't place trailing stop but that is Alpaca's fault. Overall, not bad. Average. So 3 stars, right in the middle. The only way you get perfect 5 stars from me is to have a perfect interface. Just really really good only gets 4 stars.
Missing stop loss functionality
Fast approval, interface is great.
EDIT: reliability issues and can't do stop losses at the time of original orders.
Just getting used to it but so far so good..
horrible, took over a week just to verify me when others took 2 days at the MOST. Some within 1 hour, then they did not even put my money in after logging in my bank, depositing a lot of money.
