Based on previous oscillations I assume that a support was found and the wave twisted in the uptrend direction for now. Low resolutions are weak on upward momentum but Weekly and daily match on divergence.

As you see the Red wave only reached the 0 line and a full half-cycle is still ahead. Only if a green wave stronger then the red wave appears we will see uptrend of some sort. in no way an end to the downtrend.
