Good afternoon. This is my view on GBPUSD after my last successful trade came in at 10/1 RRR. I will be looking how the market reacts around the two levels that i have placed the long trade box. Good evening guys, On the daily time frame we broke and retested the trend line but price action failed to continue to the downside. We are also just off a physiological level at 111.000 which has acted as multiple support, also we are about to reach the 50EMA. On the weekly time frame we can see a head and shoulder formation. i still expect EURUSD to continue to the downside as we retest the weekly 50 EMA. The daily shows a clear rejection of the 20EMA and the 4 hour is getting pulled closer. Until now i will stay short until there is a clear rejection.

Here is what i think may happen in the following week ahead. We have created a double bottom which was also on a major support/resistance around the 0.6850 mark. Gold created a new monthly low towards Fridays close which we have not seen since late December. I suspect we will get a nice pull back early on in this week and should pull back to 1300 resistance mark. Updates will be posted in the comments.

Looking at GBPCHF pair and this is my analysis on what i think may happen. The price broke the uptrend and retest but failed to continue on the close of Fridays. We also had a nice bounce from the resistance at 1.30880. If we enter the trend line again i will be looking to execute a position at 1.3248 and expect to see 1.35307 which is a fib of .618.
