QQQ Put/Call PCQIJust pointing out, PCQI, Put/Call ratio is the 4th highest in 2yrs at least. In past backtests I discovered bears are wrong about 80% of the time on PCQI. So A whole lot of bears got smoked if we went up 200pts and P/C went from 3.66 to 1.33.
