The Real Estate segment consists of the real estate development; maintenance and rental; services related to managing real estate; and production capacities and intermediation of services. The Other Activities segment sells products and goods necessary for electrical installation works mainly to retail customers and small- and medium-sized electrical installation companies and in providing management services. The company was founded in July 1968 and is headquartered in Keila, Estonia.
