The company was founded by Johan Christer Hedberg, Robert Paul Gerstmann, Björn Ake Zethraeus, Björn Henrik Johannes Zethraeus, Hans Kristian Männik, Per Henrik Sandell, and Kjell Göran Arvidsson in 2008 and is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.
