This has been happening over and over, but I think CBL is ready for its next bullish retest and positive retracement round. It has been picking up support at this very recent dip. For the past 2 months, it looks like they've (insiders) been accumulating this stock. They buy a bunch; wait for price to drop, then buy a bunch. Might as well skim a few dollars while this stock is still (relatively) predictable.
malls have been in a decline before covid. now is the time to reinvent what going to the mall is. personally I enjoy walking and window shopping. just being with a group of people wondering is exciting and eating good food.

All trends show an upward movement , depending on the covid situation I personally believe this should be around 1.5 usd somewhere in August. If covid situation worsens then we will see them bankrupt. SO trade with care and remember this is my personal trade not a suggestion ...
