The Software segment comprises of services in software deployment, implementation and supports, systems analysis, design and implementation, and smartcard applications. The Platform segment refers to simplified products and solutions as the foundation for growth and progress in e-commerce and society, the likes of BillsNPay, SMERP, UCP, and Finedge. The company was founded by Austin Okere on September 26, 1991 and is headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria.
