The Enterprise Solution segment is in the provision of systems and consulting services for enterprise through the know-how of Q&A community. The Multilingual CRM segment is engaged in operation of contact centers of multiple languages, including English, Chinese, Korean, Portuguese and Spanish on a 24-hour and 365-day basis.
