The Plantations segment involves in oil palm plantation and milling activities. The Others segment consists of property development, investment, livestock, and agricultural production. The company was founded by Amar Abdul Hamed bin Sepawi, Wahab bin Dolah, Jack Sung Ding, and Kuo Hea Wong in 1985 and is headquartered in Sibu, Malaysia.
