Deleum Bhd. is an investment holding company, which engages in the provision of supporting products and services to the oil and gas industry, mainly in the exploration and production sector. It operates through the following segments: Power & Machinery, Oilfield Services, and Integrated Corrosion Solution. The Power and Machinery segment provides life cycle support for the turbomachinery packages, turnkey solutions for combined heat and power plants; gas processing solutions; supply, assembly, repair and maintenance of valves and flow regulators; and maintenance, repair, and overhaul of motors, generators and transformers. The Oilfield Services offers upstream activities, which include the provision of slickline equipment and services, integrated wellhead maintenance services, asset integrated solutions, data processing and interpretation, geoscience studies, auxiliary cementing and casing accessories, production facilities, drilling related services and integrated chemical solutions. The Integrated Corrosion Solution segment includes inspection services, topside maintenance, blasting technology and services for tanks, vessels, structures and piping. The company was founded on November 23, 2005 and is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
