Scientex Bhd. is an investment holding company, which engages in the letting of properties and provision of management services. It operates through the Packaging and Property Development segments. The Packaging segment is involved in the business of manufacturing of various packaging products which includes sales and marketing of laminating polyurethane adhesives. The Property Development segment refers to the business of constructing and developing residential, commercial, and industrial properties and property management. The company was founded by Teck Meng Lim on June 25, 1968 and is headquartered in Shah Alam, Malaysia.
