The Outdoor Power Equipment segment is involved in the production and sale of small equipment for gardening, forestry, and agriculture, such as brush cutters, lawnmowers, garden tractors, chainsaws, tillers, and motor cultivators. The Pumps & High Pressure Water Jetting segment is focused on the manufacturing of diaphragm pumps for agriculture, piston pumps for the industrial sector and professional pressure washers, and hydrodynamic units and machines for urban cleaning. The Components & Accessories segment is engaged in the producing parts for the manufactured equipment, such as wire and heads for brush cutters, chainsaw accessories, guns, valves, and nozzles for pressure washers and agricultural applications, sensors and computers for precision farming and seats and technical parts for tractors. The company was founded in 1992 and is headquartered in Bagnolo in Piano, Italy.
