find the big value area on the 4hr or daily chart.
find the small value areas within the big value area on the 1hr or 15min chart.
when price moves to the outer edges of the big value area
wait for a break of the small value area there.
look for a rejection of that area for the entry.
stop loss the small value control ling.
target the big value control line.
This is another case of predator stalking its prey and just waiting for it get in the trap. My zone of decision was the blue zone around 1538. This is the monthly SSB and i was anticipating rejection here. Zooming down to daily we broke that zone going down and then tested it with rejection on 29 April (that would have been a better entry) then today again...
Im not saying there are 2 gaps that are unfilled....
But......there are 2 gaps left unfilled.
1. Poor news and guidance last week.
2. Bottom has not formed
3. RSI has not completely dipped into oversold territory.
Prudential PLC (PRU - LSE) is in ABC flat correction with small target. 3rd of C wave down is already started and may be slide down to equal length of A or little more.
Still near end of its cycle - apart from occasional drop it should benefit from the increasing tax rate environment generally favoring insurance companies.

I can't help but feel bullish for UK stocks in general when I do a count like this one. Might be a bit optimistic on my projection for a 5th wave target but time will tell. I have added a parallel channel to try and project a target for the 5th wave but they sometimes work with log scale, sometimes with arithmetic and sometimes not at all.....
It's possible that next week you will see a convincing breakdown on the trend line or a gap fill at 38.45 and then a reversal. The reaction downwards before it hits fib retracements is a bearish sign and buyers didn't emerge to support 38.20
