It includes developed and emerging markets, but excludes the US. The components of the index are selected and weighed based on their free-float market cap. The absence of small-cap stocks in the fund is negligible, as it still offers comprehensive exposure to the global ex-US space. The index is rebalanced quarterly while cutoff points are recalculated semi-annually.
