The Energy Management segment manages client energy contracts and environmental reporting, including account management, liaison with their retailer, validating their bill, ensuring the right tariff, and helping them to understand how they are using energy. The Embedded Networks segment was sold in April 2022 and the full assignment of Embedded Networks customer was completed in February 2023. The company was founded on March 1, 2000 and is headquartered in Sydney, Australia.
