The fund tracks the FTSE EPRA Nareit Global REITs Index, an index that comprises of developed and emerging markets companies that own and operate income-producing real estate properties such as warehouses, offices, and apartments. Firms that qualify for REIT status in its country of domicile and meet additional size, liquidity, and revenue index screens are included in the portfolio. Index constituents are weighted by market-cap and reviewed quarterly.
