Sale/Maturity of Investments represents an increase in funds from sales and maturity of investments. This includes both short-term and long-term investments.

It includes:

Decrease in (the sale of) investment property;
Decrease in short-term investments;
Decrease in marketable securities;
Decrease in and/or maturity of securities; and
Decrease in and/or maturity of bonds.
