Thank you!
Release Notes:
V4 Update is finally here, lots of cool new features which will help you define the back testing accuracy more deeper

Changelog:
- added second AltFilter - now you can use one or two AltFilters simulaneusly
- add MultiMA - very powerful bunch of different MAs to filter signals given by main algo. BUYs only allowed above MA, SELLs only below.
- TPs and SL can be set as percent (default) or as pips (Forex market), for pips you have to choose pip value i.e 0.0001 for most currency pairs (excluding JPY)
- added option to offset entry value send in alert to make sure order will fill (for BUY -% value is added to algo entry price, for SELL it is substracted)
- COOS (Close on opposite signal) function recoded - now it works always (only LONG, only SHORT, LONG and SHORTS). If checked algo close trade when hit SL/BE or the highest TP or opposite signal appear. When turned off trade will stay opened till hit SL/BE or the highest TP.
Release Notes:
- fixed BE calculation in rare situation where BE hit next candle after TP linked with BE hit. Shouldn't have big impact on results.
Release Notes:
Main Differences Day Of Week Filtering
Release Notes:
Shaded signals for disabled days
Fixed minor trailing SL issue for backtesters
Release Notes:
Hotfix for situation when only LONG or SHORT mode and COOS turned off and SL set to 0 (disabled).
Release Notes:
v4.54 - added Note field, problem with trades which stay above 5000 candles should be fixed now, some styling in settings menu, added TSL label when SL hit stop moved above BE price by trailing stoploss function, removed alerts for trend in study.
Release Notes:
v4.55 - fixed trailing SL - choosing start TP not worked.
Release Notes:
1) Fix of bug which users found - Strategy not close TP2 order in correct place.
2) Solution for situation where trigger TP for BE hit and BE hit on the same candle. Today (first pictur) strategy ignore BE at this candle. After update (second picture) if BE and trigger TP are on the same candle, strategy close trade on next candle open. It's not accurate (BE should close on open trade price), but it's only way to solve this problem and make backtester more accurate. Backtester not operate on tick data so it doesn't know how price behaved inside history candle. So better assume that after trigger TP hit price also hit moved SL to BE. Due to change many results of backtester where BE was used (mostly triggered by TP1) and low TP1 percent will show worse results, but they will be more like live trading results.
Release Notes:
Changelog v4.6:
- added ATR as a way to calculate TPs and SL (put multiplier of ATR you want to use into TPs and SL inputs)
- fixed problem of "nulls" in alerts messages caused by dashed line option for TPs and SL
Release Notes:
Backtester Chnagelog v4.7:
- finally we have TPs/SLs for longs and shorts separately. Also predefined sessions for Asia, Europe and USA.
- small fixes for dashed line and detecting if SL is used when only long/short and COOS turned off.
Release Notes:
Changelog v4.83:
- reworked Sessions - now algo not shows any signals in out of session period, TPs and SL still can hit
- reworked settings layout
- fix of BE function (sometimes order quantity was not correct - very rare)
Release Notes:
AltAlgo Pro & AltAlgo Pro Tester v5.0
We've just made our perfect AltAlgo even better. Current update not only migrates code of AltAlgo to the newest pine script version which is v5 but it also add new feature which is SuperTrend filter. SuperTrend is popular indicator based on ATR multiplier and ATR length. In most cases it is used to trail stoplosses. We've taken different approach and add it as a trend filter. Rules are the same as usage of MultiMA, If the current price is above SuperTrend only BUYs are allowed, below SuperTrend only SELLs are allowed. Our implementation of SuperTrend is MTF (multi timeframe) which means you can take it from timeframe equal to chart timeframe or higher i.e your chart is 5min but you can use SuperTrend from 15min or 1h timeframe to get better trend indication. To use this awesome brand new feature just mark checkbox near SuperTrend and choose Multiplier (default 3) and ATR Period (default 10). If you do manual trading you can also only plot SuperTrend - just leave unchecked
