Parameterized triple exponential moving averages with Bollinger Bands in one indicator.

Release Notes:

The multiplier for standard deviation for the Bollinger Bands calculation was hard-coded to 2. Now, it's taking its value from the input.

Changed default transparency of Bollinger Bands from 95 to 90.
