Looking for price to spike under 28c to take out buyers before taking off

We have seen several exchanges have a huge wick down to $0.275 to the point. now waiting of the rest of the exchanges to follow suit.
Buyers stops under 28c are effectively selling the held position to a bigger buyer, allowing them to fill an order much much easier. watch that blue line
